You will get a full refund if:
- Your payment went through but the film never opened, and we are unable to fix it within 7 days of you telling us.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase. The extra charge is returned in full.
- The film is permanently withdrawn from this site within 30 days of your purchase and you have not watched it.

How it is paid back. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the same method you paid with, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
